'And My Eyes Danced'
Wonders of Weston, Weston-Super-Mare
Launched 29 October 2010

'And My Eyes Danced' uses the existing Model Yacht Pond on Weston's beach as a frame and comprises a dynamic series of overlapping rings in three formations with circular dichroic glass panels inserted into different sections. The materials used were specially selected to utilise the changing light, weather and water level in order to create a slippery shapeshifter of a sculpture, a piece of public work which performed for the viewer and despite its scale, resists becoming fixed.

Wonders of Weston is a programme of artworks produced by Situations in association with Field Art Projects. For further information see www.situations.org.uk
