‘Synthetic Worlds, Santa Fe’

This large-scale installation was made specifically for SITE’s galleries with all the structures fabricated onsite working with John Cross, Dave Merrill and the tech team in their workshops during two production residencies.
Blown glass elements were produced at the National Glass Centre, Sunderland and Red House Glass Cone Dudley where I worked with glassblower Charlotte Martin. Additional project support came from Birmingham City University's Centre for Fine Art Research and the British Council.
